Run scrims
Define the lobby, fill slots, send room details, take results.
Open registration for a scrim
You set the lobby up on the website, then Discord shows the registration panel.
Captains press Register on the panel. Staff can still use slash commands when that is faster mid-lobby.
When the lobby fills, late teams go to the waitlist — they do not keep posting mentions to race for a seat. Servers leaving mention-race bots follow `docs/guide/migrate.md` (§Leave mention-race registration).
When seats fill, the slotlist updates in the channel you mapped.
Someone drops — seat opens
A captain cancels or a no-show is marked. The seat reopens.
The next waiting team claims it from the panel or with the slash command that still ships for the same action.
Transfers keep a trail so staff can see who held the seat and when.
Post room ID and password
When the lobby is ready, staff post the room card into the mapped channel.
Players see the details once — not a chase through DMs.
If the bot cannot post, the site tells you which permission is missing.
Take results before you sleep
Staff enter a result by hand, or send a points-table screenshot for assisted reading.
A staff member must confirm before the table locks. A result lands once; submitting it twice is refused.
When the month’s screenshot allowance ends, entry stays open by hand — it does not shut the lobby down.
