Tournabot documentation
Tournabot runs esports operations for Discord communities — scrim nights, tournaments, slotlists, results and the community tooling around them. You set things up on the website; your members act in Discord.
Website first, Discord second
Setup happens here, not by typing commands into a channel. You install the bot into a server you own or manage, the website checks it is present with the permissions it needs, and only then does setup continue.
Quick start
Create your organisation
Sign in with Discord to get started. Your organisation is the tenant that owns your events, staff and settings.
Invite the bot to your server
Use the invite link the wizard gives you. It requests the least-privilege permission set — see Bot permissions for what each one is for and why it is needed.
Bind the server and finish setup
Pick the server from the list. A server can belong to exactly one organisation. From there the one-button actions create the categories, channels and panels your night needs.
What each step looks like
Captured from the live product, so what you see here is what you will see. If a screenshot ever disagrees with the site, trust the site and tell us.
