Set up your organisation

Sign in, connect Discord if you use it, and pick a plan.

Sign in and connect a server (optional)

Sign in on the website with Discord. Onboarding asks for one thing: the Discord server your organisation runs in. The install link it gives you already carries the permissions the bot needs, and the site checks the bot is present before it calls the server connected.

Discord is optional. Press Skip for now and the dashboard opens without a server — events, your public site, Studio, flows and API keys all work on the web. A notice stays in the dashboard until you connect one, and you can connect it later from the same place.

Connecting a server starts a Pro trial with no card. When it ends the organisation stays on Free until you choose a plan.

What Free does in Discord

On Free, Discord carries announcements, role pings and the welcome — communication only. Tournabot creates no categories, channels or panels in your server, and players see slots, room details and results on the website.

From Scrim upward Discord channel operations switch on: the Server setup page creates the channels and posts the panels, and registration, slot lists and room cards run in your server as well as on the web.

Plans and passes

Plans bill on a 28-day rhythm. Short passes are 2-day, 7-day, and 28-day.

Payment is on Indian rails. When a payment clears, the plan activates on the organisation — if it does not, troubleshooting starts at the payment receipt, not at Discord.

Your bot on paid plans

Free runs on the shared pooled bot. From Scrim upward you get a dedicated Discord application — a platform-owned bot claimed from the pool by default; one you create yourself in the Discord Developer Portal remains the secondary path.

That dedicated identity is what opens message-based registration on your own token. Circuit adds managed branding and removes the platform mark from what we render.
